Dr. Thomas A. Jackson has practiced in the ft. Myers area since 1987. Prior to moving to Florida, Dr. Jackson owned a pet hospital in his hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania where he worked on small animals, birds, exotic pets. He is married with two children, two cats, and one dog. His specialties include internal medicine and surgery, especially neurosurgery. Dr. Jackson is an active member of the American Veterinary Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, and the Caloosa Veterinary Association. For many years he has written a column for local newspapers entitled "Ask the Vet" and enjoys answering questions about pet situations.
